SERVICE 1 – RENTAL
Registration
fee of £200 plus one months rent on rental property payable on signing
of a tenancy agreement for a property introduced by Relocation Devon.
SERVICE 2 – PROPERTY PURCHASE
Registration
fee of £200 per property. On completion of a property purchased
and introduced by Relocation Devon a fee of 0.5% of the purchase price of
a property up to and including £200,000 or 0.5% for a property above
£200,000 is payable.
